For Christmas Eve or New Year’s Eve, come and enjoy the tasting menu imagined by our team for the holidays! We imagined prestigious dishes around the traditional capon of the end of the year and the tasty whole Bar golden on skin.

From 08 December 2017 To 05 January 2018, come and live the festivities in the big hall 1900 of the Excelsior Brewery of Nancy for a lunch or an upscale dinner with a refined service. And if you decide to spend your New Year’s Eve with us? Rather than tiring yourself in the kitchen? Put your feet under the table and let yourself be served and delighted by the ballet of our servers! Reservations are strongly recommended so that we can receive you for festive moments.

And to end your meal in the most beautiful way, our pastry chef offers you an ice cream soufflé with Grand Marnier or the traditional chocolate log.
