The Gris d’Avril (April 2017 only)

A new wine is available this spring at the Excelsior : The Gris d’Avril. The Gris d’Avril is a grey wine from maison Laroppe in Bruley. A grey wine is a pale pink wine like rosé wine, but has grey reflections. The difference between rosé wine and grey wine is vinification.

Champagne LAFITTE Brut Rosé (March 18th – April 30th 2017)

From March 18, the Excelsior Brasserie offers you the champagne LAFITTE Brut Rosé. Discover the flavors of a glass of champagne at the beginning of the meal or to go with the tasting of your desserts.
